Meet Chef Pierre López, the culinary master behind YUNKA. Born in Peru, his passion for the culinary arts began at a young age. After training at Cordon Bleu University, he discovered his love for Nikkei cuisine, blending Japanese and Peruvian flavors. After gaining recognition at renowned Nikkei restaurants, such as Maido, ACHE, and INTI, López has now joined YUNKA, where guests will embark on an unforgettable culinary adventure, savoring the vibrant flavors of Nikkei cuisine created with meticulous attention to detail.
